On to Wisconsin -- Eagle River, Bond Falls and Agate Falls

As we continued North toward Wisconsin, we were headed for Eagle River, Bond Falls, and Agate Falls. Many random photo opportunities presented themselves on our route.

As we were driving, we passed a house on fire with fire trucks already on site spraying water on the fire to put it out.

In the next town, we passed this wagon pulled by a single horse trotting along on the city street.

Ontonagon River and its tributaries
The Ontonagon River and its tributaries run through the heart and history of the Western Upper Peninsula's Forest Interior. The Ontonagon River drains 1,340 square miles of land, an area larger than the state of Rhode Island. Average stream flow of the main river is 10,000 gallons per second.

In the next post, I will share photos I took as we explored Bond Falls.
